What do I need to create an account on AliExpress?
To register with AliExpress you only need to register with one of the following methods:
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
AliExpress also allows you to register quickly if you have an account on one of the following platforms:

Register on AliExpress from PC
To start, you’ll have to go to the AliExpress home page which you can find here. Then click on the button at the top right and choose the “Register” option.
Then AliExpress will ask you for the method you want to register. Depending on the country, the default option can vary between registering with your phone number and your email.
If you want to register with your number, you’ll have to type in your phone number, then enter the code sent to you through SMS, and you’ll be able to enter the password of your AliExpress account.
The password must contain 6 to 20 characters and must include numbers, letters, or symbols.
Another option is to register with your email. In this case, AliExpress will ask you directly for your email and password and will send you a code through that email address to verify the account.
You can also choose a quick access method like Facebook, Google, Twitter, or Apple. In this case, AliExpress will redirect you to the selected platform to enable registration.
Register on AliExpress from your cell phone
Registering from the mobile app is also very simple. First, you’ll need to download the app, which is available for iOS and Android.
Then, click on “Account” and AliExpress will offer you to register or log in. It’ll give you the option of registering with an email or signing in with other accounts such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Twitter, and more (these could vary depending on your country); as we’ve mentioned already, these are quick registration methods.
In some countries, you will also get the option of registering with a phone number.
I can’t create an account on AliExpress
As you can see, registering with AliExpress is very simple. If you’re unable to create an account, usually they’ll inform you of the reason why you’re being denied registration.
Our first recommendation would be to change the browser or use the mobile app if you’re trying to register from the PC (or switch to the computer if you tried registering through the app).

I can’t register from the mobile app
A common error occurs when you try to register using the mobile app, and it doesn’t let you because it detects that you have already logged in with another account. In this case, the best thing to do is to delete the application, download it again, and then proceed to register.
It’s important to note that to avoid fraud, AliExpress monitors IPs, as in the past many users had multiple accounts to get more coupons and discounts. They can even block you if they detect that you have multiple personal accounts.
