When can I cancel Shein orders?

Orders in “Processing” status

Orders in “Unpaid” status

Generally you have 24 hours to make the payment, so you have that time to cancel the order and therefore, cancel the payment order.
Here you don't need to wait for a refund because the payment was never made. The points and discount coupons you have used for your order will be refunded within 24 hours.
If you don't pay within that period of time, the order is automatically cancelled but it's convenient to do it from Shein to get your points and coupons back without any problems.
How can I cancel orders that have been shipped already?

If your order is already in “Out of Warehouse” or “Shipped” status, you will not be able to cancel it because it has already been shipped. Don't worry, here is the option to make a return to get a refund.
The first thing you must do is wait for the product to arrive at your address. From that moment on, you will have 45 days to return the product.

You must carry out the procedure from the Shein website or app. Go to “My Orders”, find the order and click on “Make Return”. You will be given a label that you must stick on the package and take it to the collection point they indicate.
Some issues to consider:
- To return a product it must be in perfect condition.
- Refunds can be made in the payment method you have chosen or in the form of Shein credit. The refund in Shein credit is received very quickly, while if you do it the other way, the deadline is about a month.
- You cannot make returns on products in the following categories: lingerie and intimate apparel, bikinis, swimsuits, costume jewelry, bodysuits and accessories.
- The first return label is free of charge. In the event that an additional label is required to complete the return, it will cost $7.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
